The
artistic
reputation of
Leighton-Jones has grown
enormously over recent years. Among the people and places that own his
paintings and drawings are: King Fahd of Saudi Arabia, Margaret
Thatcher, Lord Arden, Liberace, The Ringling Brothers Museum in
Sarasota, and the City of Hope Hospital in Los Angeles.
From top left clockwise : Tom Jones in front of some
works from the late 1960's: Leighton-Jones jokes with President Jimmy
Carter at the White House during 1980: on the wall in Margaret Thatcher's
house hangs an 'Urchin' painting from the early 1970's: the late King Fahd
of Saudi Arabia purchased 'Helping Hand: and lastly Liberace holds a
painting he purchased from the Park Lane Galleries in 1972.
