1. Question : I OWN A PRINT by Leighton-Jones can you give some idea to its value?

Answer : Because of the range of galleries and dealers selling Leighton-Jonesí artwork it is impossible to give an accurate valuation for a specific piece. In any event, we are artists, not dealers, and at this time we do not provide appraisal valuations. However, we can offer the following general information that may be of assistance. Among the factors affecting the price of a print are the subject matter, edition size, the quality (of both the reproduction and printing media), presence of the artistís signature and personalization, as well as normal market fluctuations. Small, unsigned, open edition prints can be purchased for under $100. Large, high-quality prints on archival-quality paper in small editions, signed by the artist can realize over $2000 (for popular images).

2. Question : I WANT TO SELL MY PRINT how do I go about it?

5. Question : I OWN A PRINT FROM THE Emmett Kelly series, can you tell me anything about it?

Answer : Leighton-Jones was the official artist to the Kelly Estate in the 80's and early 90's. He produced over 50 paintings of Kelly and hundreds of drawings some of which were used to create figurines. About 30 of the images were used to produce a line of limited edition prints and these were sold by various dealers right across America. For concerns about valuation please see question 1.
